We will work with our third-party fulfillment service to make it right. In order to provide the best service, this notice must be given within 30 days of receiving the product.
Due to the custom nature of the products and creation upon order, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be processed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
